A New Testament professor from General Theological Seminary in New York will speak at two Belfast churches this month. Deidre Good, author of “Mariam, the Magdalen, and the Mother,” will discuss “How We Read the Bible” during an adult class session at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, Court and Elm streets, at 9 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 14. Bring your own Bibles.
