Tea-lightful

Sick of lemonade? Try this recipe for iced apple tea from The Associated Press: Boil 3 cups water. Add 6 tea bags and let stand 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and add 1 teaspoon allspice, 1/3 cup honey and 3 cups apple juice or cider. Simmer over low heat until honey is blended, about 1 minute. Chill. Serve over ice with lemon slices and apple rings, if desired. Makes 5 servings.
