HAMPDEN – Peter Madigan, owner of the Maine Sports Complex in Hampden, is offering the facility this weekend as a fundraiser for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. All rental fees from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be donated to the American Red Cross’ Hurricane Relief Fund.

Rental is $100 an hour for the big field and $75 for the small field. There are high school soccer tournaments Monday and there is room for more teams at $50 per team. Those wishing to rent the facility should call 862-5050. Checks should be made out to: American Red Cross’ Katrina Relief Fund.
