“Sacred Places at Risk” is the theme of the 33rd annual Maine Preservation Conference. The gathering will be from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at the Irish Heritage Center, formerly St. Dominic’s Church, 34 Gay St., with some sessions at other locations.
