SHERMAN – The annual Sherman Old Home Days celebration runs through Monday.

Events today will include the Howard Guiggey Memorial Horseshoe Tournament at 9 a.m. at the Sherman VFW Post 2299.

The famous bandstand hot dogs and food sale will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and karaoke at the bandstand with Kelly Birmingham is slated to be held from 2 to 4 p.m.

Sunday’s events include a lobster dinner at the park at noon, followed by the Little Miss Old Home Days pageant at 3:30 p.m.

The festival wraps up Monday with Maine’s only Twice Around Parade, starting at 10 a.m.; free children’s games; a bike raffle from noon to 2 p.m.; and a bean supper at the park starting at 4:30 p.m.
