ATLANTA – Former University of Maine All-American goalie Mike Dunham, who has played in 358 career NHL games, has signed a contract with the Atlanta Thrashers. The 33-year-old Dunham spent the 2003-2004 season with the New York Rangers, compiling a 16-30-6 record, a 3.03 goals-against average and an .896 save percentage. He became an unrestricted free agent. Dunham has a career record of 129-163-39 with a 2.69 GAA, a .909 save percentage and 18 shutouts. Dunham and Garth Snow, who is the back-up goalie for the New York Islanders, helped lead Maine to its first NCAA championship in 1992-93.
