A lawyer-turned-theologian will lecture and lead discussions at Pilgrim Orthodox Presbyterian Church, 375 Mount Hope Ave., early next month. Douglas Green, who served as an attorney in Sydney, Australia, in the late 1970s, completed his Ph.D. at Yale University in 2003 and teaches Old Testament at Westminster Theological Seminary, Glenside, Pa. He has written on Job and biblical interpretation, and his lecture is titled “Humanity’s Divine Destiny.” The session runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8. Call 942-8054.
