KINGSTON, R.I. – Melanie Kasparek recorded a goal and assisted on a goal by her twin sister, Megan Kasparek, as the Rhode Island Rams rallied from a 1-0 halftime deficit to beat the Maine Black Bears 2-1 in women’s soccer action Friday night.

Ria Carroll saved eight of 14 shots for the 4-4 winners.

Marie-Andree Canuel gave the 5-4 Black Bears the early lead when she scored off a deflection from a corner kick. Tanya Adorno made nine saves on 22 shots.
