I work in the coating plant.
What will you do tonight when you go home?
Feed my dog. He’s a mongrel, a husky and lab mix.
What are you watching for sports these days?
Nothing until the Celtics begin.
What is the best meal you have had lately?
Leftover lasagne last night. My dear wife made it.
What music do you like?
Everything but rap and opera.
What are you reading?
I’m in the middle of Stephen Jay Gould’s “Hen’s Teeth and Horse’s Toes.”
Seen any good movies lately?
The last one of “The Hobbit” trilogy. I went with my grandson.
How much would you pay for a haircut?
I haven’t paid for a haircut since getting married 35 years ago.
Do you have a philosophy of life?
Yes, but it’s not going to fit on a bumper sticker.
What is your dream vacation?
I love reggae music. Jamaica looks warm and inviting.
What is the most difficult part of American life these days?
The frustration of trying to fit into the rest of the world. American culture is so insulated in so many ways.
