I’ve discovered a treasure in Monday’s Discovering section in the Bangor Daily News – specifically, the “Amateur Naturalist” column by Dana Wilde, which appears occasionally. Science-based, it has an offbeat, whimsical point of view that opens unexpected vistas onto the world.
This week’s column on spiders was well worth clipping, and I wish I’d started clipping them earlier.
