PORTLAND – Eastern League officials have nominated the Portland Sea Dogs for Minor League Baseball’s Larry MacPhail Promotional Trophy. The award is presented annually -to the club that performed outstanding promotional work throughout the season. The winner will be chosen by Minor League Baseball officials and honored at the 2005 baseball winter meeting in Dallas in December.
