Two Maine fishermen were among four men rescued Friday night off the Massachusetts coast.
According to the Coast Guard on Cape Cod, the 43-foot fishing boat Danny Boy II began taking on water 102 miles east of Gloucester.
Four fishermen aboard, two from New Hampshire and two from Maine, were wearing cold water immersion suits and were reported in good condition when they were rescued from a raft.
The Coast Guard was alerted to the problem by another fishing vessel.
A radio beacon from the Danny Boy II helped them locate the boat, which was partially submerged. The boat operates out of Boothbay, Maine.
Rescued were Thomas Fleming and Dan Fayle of New Hampshire, Steve Marston of Portland, Maine and Matt Bryce of Raymond, Maine.
All four were taken to the Knox County Airport in Owls Head, where emergency medical workers were waiting.
The Coast Guard said the cause of the accident remained under investigation.
