Ben Bishop

The University of Maine’s Ben Bishop was recognized as the ITECH Goaltender of the Month and the Superskills Hockey Rookie of the Month. Bishop notched back-to-back wins over defending champion Denver and posted a 2-1 win at Boston College.

Sarah Willis

Saint Joseph’s College sophomore Sarah Willis has been named the Association of Division III Independents women’s Runner of the Week. Willis won the Division III Independents Championship race with a 5-kilometer time of 20 minutes, 49 seconds.

Vanessa Vani

University of Maine women’s hockey player Vanessa Vani was honored with the ITECH Rookie of the Week award. Vani was a top contributor to Maine’s sweep of Sacred Heart, recording three goals and four assists on the weekend.
