PORTLAND – Portland Sea Dogs pitcher Jon Lester was selected to the 2005 Topps/Minor League Baseball Double-A All-Star team. Lester posted an 11-6 record, leading the Eastern League in both ERA (2.61) and strikeouts (163) this past season. He also earned Eastern League Pitcher of the Year honors, as well as Red Sox Minor League Pitcher of the Year honors.
