Add some reality to your television fans’ Christmas fantasies

You might still be eating leftover turkey sandwiches, but it’s time to start thinking about holiday shopping.

To help find the perfect gift for the reality television fan in your life, I’ve put together a list of some of the hottest holiday finds in the reality world. But don’t wait too long; many of these items can be found only online, and you’ll need to allow time for shipping.

At www.nbcstore.com there’s plenty of Trump paraphernalia, as well as fab finds from “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” and “Fear Factor.”

. The Donald Trump talking bobble head doll is ready to spout, “You’re fired!” and other trademark phrases from the show. $20.

. Donald also has a 12-inch doll out that’s dressed in a custom-made suit. The talking mini-Trump is full of business advice for the entrepreneur in your life. $28.

. “Fear Factor” didn’t forget about the little ones and has T-shirts crawling with creepy critters, and a baseball hat to complete the look. Children’s T-shirt, $16. Baseball cap $16.

. For the health nut who’s ready to give up on Atkins and wants to try “The Biggest Loser” diet, there’s the new book and workout DVD modeled after the show. Book $12.98. Workout DVD $10.49.

. Last but not least is my favorite from NBC. In addition to books by each of the fab five, they put the Red Sox episode on DVD. “Queer Eye for the Red Sox” takes World Champion players such as Johnny Damon and Jason Varitek and turns them into studs. This one also includes bonus footage and outtakes from the show.

For “Amazing Race” followers and world travelers, CBS has two great gifts under $20 when you go to www.cbs.com and click on “shop.”

. Adventurers of all ages will appreciate the pocket-sized adventure kit, complete with a whistle, temperature gauge, red light, compass, magnifying glass and light reflector. $10.

. Know someone who’s planning to do some traveling? Get them the “Amazing Race” six-language translator that’s capable of finding exactly the right words whether it’s English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch.

. ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” has many of us who watch wanting to do our own renovations, and ladies, this one’s for you. A little pricey but perfect for the demolition diva in your life, the “Extreme Makeover” pink tool belt will keep your hammer, nails and screwdriver where you can find them. $59.95 at www.abc.com.

And don’t forget about the boys with the toys.

. At www.tlc.com, the guys from “American Chopper” have clothing, DVDs and replicas of custom-made bikes seen on the show. Looking for the perfect holiday decoration for the motorcycle man or mama in your life? Check out the Christmas bike. With candy cane spokes and reindeer antlers, it’s sure to draw some attention. $24.95.

If you didn’t see what you were looking for here, don’t worry. There’s plenty more where this short list came from. While some of it can be tricky to find, most shows and networks have their own Web sites where you can find previous seasons on DVD, plus everything from coffee mugs to clothing bearing show logos.
