BREWER – The Penobscot County Local Emergency Planning Committee will hold a workshop 8:30 a.m.-noon Thursday, Dec. 8, at Jeff’s Catering, 5 Coffin Ave., to help local businesses better understand the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act.

Registration begins at 8 a.m.
