CARIBOU – A planning meeting for the Caribou Winter Carnival and Snowmobile Festival, a 10-day celebration from Thursday, Feb. 16, through Sunday, Feb. 26, will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, Dec. 19, at the Caribou Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 24 Sweden St., Suite 101.
