PI ‘Cats defeat Shires Norsworthy paces winners

PRESQUE ISLE – Angela Norsworthy scored 17 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead the Presque Isle Wildcats to a 56-40 high school girls basketball win over the Houlton Shiretowners Tuesday night.

Katie Delong added 15 points and five steals for Presque Isle, while Kylan Smith had 11 points and six steals.

Rachel Foster paced Houlton with 14 points and a game-high 14 rebounds, while Danielle Sewell added 12 points on four 3-point goals.
