LINCOLN – Angela MacDonald scored eight of her team-high 21 points in the second overtime Wednesday night as Stearns of Millinocket outlasted Mattanawcook Academy 74-67 in girls basketball action .
Dayna Somers had 15 points for Stearns, Deanna Michaud tossed in 14, Hilary Arsenault scored 13 points and Amy Collinsworth contributed 11.
Michelle Paul scored a game-high 23 points for Mattanawcook Academy.
Quinci Sanderson had 17, including a 3-pointer that forced the second overtime, and Bree Hanscom scored 10 points.
