Charette paces Warriors to win over Katahdin

DYER BROOK – Audrey Charette tallied a double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Southern Aroostook Warriors to a 60-41 girls high school basketball win over the Katahdin Cougars of Stacyville Thursday night.

Shana Martin chipped in with 12 for Southern Arosotook.

Kristin Watson paced the Cougars with 11 points.

Tom Desjardins had 20 points, nine rebounds and six blocked shots for Fort Kent. Jeff Freeman and Kelly Thibodeau had 11 points apiece and Corey Voisine posted 10.
