CAHS rolls by SAHS 6 Panthers hit double figures

MARS HILL – Manny Martinez scored 25 points Friday night to head a list of six players in double figures as Central Aroostook cruised to a 121-46 Class D boys basketball victory over Southern Aroostook.

Andrew York scored 20 points for the Panthers and Sam Clockedile added 19. Logan McCarthy scored 12 points while Shaun Walling and Taylor McLaughlin each added 11.

Adam Anderson led Southern Aroostook of Dyer Brook with 10 points.

Dominique Rossignol had 14 points and seven assists for Madawaska and Mark Sirois added 13 points and 13 rebounds. Peter Michaud scored 10 points and Justin Morin had nine points and eight steals.

Austin Dufour led Fort Fairfield with 15 points.

Heather London had 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Hawks and Brianne McGary added 10 points.
