VAN BUREN – Anna Haller scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Limestone-MSSM Eagles to 37-34 schoolgirl basketball win in overtime over the Van Buren Crusaders Saturday.

Julie Peers chipped in with nine for the Eagles.

At Eastport, Fawn Cummings scored 20 points and Taunya Cook added 18 as Shead rallied after intermission for the victory.

Cummings did much of her work at the free-throw line, where she made 11 of 14 attempts.

Cook added 15 rebounds and six blocked shots for the Tigerettes.

Tashina Francis scored eight of her nine points in the third quarter as Shead rallied from a 32-28 halftime deficit to take a 49-44 lead.

Laureta Ricker also finished with nine points for Shead.

Mandy Ostberg led Narraguagus of Harrington with 15 points, while Courtney Foss scored 12.
