Rosado lifts Warriors to win

ASHLAND – D.J. Rosado nailed a three-pointer at the buzzer to give the Southern Aroostook Warriors a 52-49 schoolboy basketball victory over the Ashland Hornets Wednesday night.

Rosado led the Warriors of Dyer Brook with 18 points and Zack Stubbs added 16 points.

Curtis Belanger led the Hornets with 14 points and Trevor Tompkins tossed in 10.

Thomas Desjardins popped in 15 points to lead Fort Kent.
