Deadline for the Creative Ticket School of Excellence Award is Friday, Jan. 6.

Wednesday, Jan. 11, is the deadline for nominations for the Outstanding Advocate for Arts Education Award and the Bill Bonyun Artist-Educator Award.

The awards acknowledge high-level work in, and support of, quality arts education programs for Maine students.

The alliance urges those who know of a deserving person or school to visit its Web site at www.maineallforartsed.org. for more information and applications.

Award recipients will be honored by the alliance at a special ceremony during the Arts Education Advocacy Day on Thursday, March 9, at the State House in Augusta.
