Y basketball tournaments

BANGOR – The Bangor Y is accepting registrations for basketball tournaments for recreation, travel or school teams.

The schedule is:

. Third and fourth grades, Feb. 24-25.

. Seventh- and eighth-grade boys, March 3-5.

. Grade six and under boys, March 10-12.

. Grade six and under girls, March 17-19.

. Seventh- and eighth-grade girls, March 24-26.

Tournament in Glenburn

GLENBURN – A boys basketball tournament for grades five and six will be held March 18-19 at the Glenburn Elementary School.

The tournament will be double elimination for the first eight teams. No Amateur Athletic Union [AAU] teams accepted.
