LINCOLN – Levi Slike grabbed an offensive rebound and converted a layup with two seconds left in regulation Tuesday night to lift Mattanawcook Academy to a 61-59 boys basketball victory over Penobscot Valley of Howland.
Steve Andrews led the Lynx with 17 points and Dylan Hanscom and Derek Libbey both added 16 points.
Matt Cummings scored a game-high 31 points for the Howlers. Jacob Crosby had 12 points.
