Maine state soccer referee administrator Jason Pelletier has earned his National Referee Badge, Soccer Maine announced Tuesday. Pelletier will now be able to referee MLS as well as international matches. He is on track to become one of only 13 FIFA referees. Three of the USSF FIFA referees will attend the World Cup in Germany this year.
