AUGUSTA – Cole Pullen scored five of his 12 points in overtime to lead No. 1 Valley of Bingham past No. 4 Hyde of Bath 78-72 in Western Maine Class D boys basketball semifinal action at the Augusta Civic Center on Wednesday.

Eric Hatfield paced the Cavaliers with 20 points, Travis Hovey had 19 points, and Shawn Lay added 15 points.

Maurice Pye led the Phoenix with 22 points. Lewis Watkins scored 19 points, and Austin Redding had 12 points.
