BANGOR – Josh Frost of Bangor Christian scored 14 points to lead a balanced attack as the Away team edged the Home squad 86-84 in the annual Penobscot Valley Conference Classes C-D boys senior all-star game played at Husson College on Thursday night.

Kristin Violette of Fort Kent scored 21 points and Christy Moon of George Stevens Academy added 20 as the Away team topped the Home squad 84-60 in the girls game.

Sabrina Cote of Dexter added 10 points for the Home team, while Danielle Sewell of Houlton and Robin Larlee of Schenck of East Millinocket paced the Away squad with 10 points each.

In the boys contest, Matt Cummings of Penobscot Valley of Howland and Chaz Gray of George Stevens added 11 points each for the winners, while Kris King of Lee Academy scored 10.

Brock Bradford of Bangor Christian scored a game-high 21 points for the Home team, while Alex Zwicker of Penquis of Milo added eight.
