DOVER-FOXCROFT – A boy who had had a disagreement with his stepfather and left home on a bicycle prompted a search Saturday, but was found more than an hour later by his stepfather.
Police Chief Dennis Dyer said the 10-year-old boy had hugged his stepfather after the disagreement, then left his home on his bicycle. He was found about four miles away on the Milo Road.
Police were assisted by Dover-Foxcroft firefighters. Wardens also were on their way to assist but were turned back when the boy was found.
