Plum Creek owns 938,000 acres in Maine and employs 45 people in the state. It supplies logs and pulp to more than 70 Maine companies.

OLD: 30 lots on remote ponds, 28 lots on Roach Ponds

OLD: 30 Moose River lots

NEW: None

OLD: 575 Moosehead Lake shorefront lots

NEW: 480 Moosehead shorefront lots

OLD: 400 back lots

NEW: 495 back lots

OLD: 71.3 miles snowmobile trails

NEW: 74 miles snowmobile trails

OLD: 55.5 miles hiking trails

NEW: 70 miles hiking trails

Also, conservation easements are greatly increased under the new plan, and the Lily Bay resort is scaled back by more than 80 percent in the new plan.
