Stuart Tinker is not alone in being upset about his late night arrivals at Bangor International Airport (BDN letter, March 31), but he is on the wrong flight path in blaming BIA staff.
Each airline is 100 percent responsible for managing its own flights, baggage returns and service complaints.
When airlines ignore their service obligations they need to hear directly from passengers.
