. Monday: City Hall closed in observance of Patriot’s Day.
. Tuesday: 3:45 p.m., water district trustees, 614 State St., agenda includes updates on projects, proposed 2006 planning document, Merrill Road main extension, equipment purchases; 5 p.m., City Council’s transportation and infrastructure committee, agenda includes decals for airport taxicabs, clean esplanade amendment; 7 p.m., planning board, agenda includes request for site development plan approval to expand parking area at 1365 Broadway from Dunmurry LLC, public hearings for zoning amendments relating to Penjajawoc Marsh overlay zone, cluster subdivisions, interconnection of street and pedestrian systems for major subdivisions, public hearings for zone change requests from Bangor Y for 54 and 58 Court St. and from Stanley MacMillan for 954 Finson Road, request for preliminary subdivision plan approval for seven-lot commercial subdivision on outer Broadway from Judson Grant Jr., request from Apostolic Lighthouse Church for final subdivision plan approval for four-lot subdivision on Davis Road.
. Wednesday: 5 p.m., City Council business and economic development committee, agenda includes preliminary review of projects and activities proposed for Community Development Block Grant funding, request for deadline extension from Penview Associates, executive session negotiations with parties seeking to redevelop city property at 107 Maine Ave. and regarding lease financial for 110 Hildreth St. and request for economic development assistance with Hallowell International.
. Thursday, 5 p.m., board of ethics, introductions, election of officers, orientation for new members.
