Thorne holds on for victory

WISCASSET – Gary Thorne of Sidney out ran Wiscasset’s Bill Pinkham to win the Late Model Sportsman 30 lap race Saturday night to open the season at Wiscasset Raceway. Puncin St. Clair of Liberty was third, Duane Love of West Gardiner finished fourth and Sidney’s Chris Thorne was fifth.
