GREENWOOD – A teenager was killed in an all-terrain vehicle crash in this Oxford County town on Wednesday.

State police said the ATV being ridden by two teenagers went airborne after missing a small wooden bridge over a brook. Troopers said the operator survived the crash, but the passenger died instantly. Their identities weren’t immediately available.

State police and the Maine Warden Service were investigating. They said both teenagers were wearing helmets.
