OLD TOWN – A man is wanted for questioning in an armed robbery that occurred around 11:30 a.m. Sunday in Old Town, police said.
Roger Meserve, 24, allegedly robbed another person at gunpoint and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash in the area of College Avenue. Meserve is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached, police said.
Meserve is described as white, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 187 pounds with brown hair – short on top with shaved sides – with hazel eyes, no eyeglasses, and earrings in both ears. He last was seen wearing baggy bluejeans and a baggy light blue T-shirt.
Anyone with information should contact the nearest law enforcement agency or the Old Town Police Department at 827-6358.
