The Beach to Beacon 10K road race is now full.

Registration for the Cape Elizabeth race closed the earliest in its 9-year history, organizers announced Monday morning.

The race filled in 46 days, eclipsing last year’s record by almost two weeks, despite an expansion of 500 spots to a total of 5,500.

Race spots are still available through the nonprofit Cape Elizabeth Education Foundation, which has some places in the race for people willing to do fundraising.
