The Wilson Museum announced its fifth public meeting for planning nine days of renewal and recreation on the 1920s theme this summer. July 1-9 will be filled with concerts, lectures, croquet games, a fashion show, vintage cars, silent movies and interesting workshops among other events.
Castine merchants and others are invited to attend the planning meeting at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 10, at Emerson Hall. For more information, visit www.wilsonmuseum.org.

The Wilson Museum is open 2-5 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday, May 27-Sept. 30. John Perkins House, Blacksmith Shop and Hearse House is open 2-5 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday, July and August, Group visits may be arranged by appointment. Admission is free, except for the John Perkins House, where guided tours are conducted.
