GORHAM – Pat Foley fired five shutout innings to earn the win in relief as the University of Southern Maine rallied past Rhode Island College 7-6 in the second round of the Little East baseball tournament.

Trailing 6-5 heading into the ninth, Ryan Bourque ripped a double and later scored on a Max Arsenault RBI single. Stefan Black had the game-winning RBI on a single, scoring Brent Lemieux.

Bourque finished with two doubles and an RBI, and Black added three singles and two RBIs. Arsenault drove in two runs on two singles.

Ray De La Cruz smacked a two-run home run and added a single for Rhode Island College. Jordan Amorin hit two singles and drove in two runs for the Anchormen.
