Terence Kelly has been named director of university relations and alumni affairs at the University of Maine at Fort Kent.

Kelly, originally of New York state, served as a media coordinator for the past three years in Las Cruces, N.M., and community relations manager for 12 years at Metro-North Commuter Railroad in New York City.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from State University of New York.
