Scarborough’s Ryan Moore will make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut on Saturday afternoon in the Mansfield 250 at the Mansfield Motorsports Speedway in Ohio.

The 22-year-old Moore, who has a driver development contract with Dale Earnhardt Incorporated, was a Busch North regular the past three seasons and he also ran three Busch races last year and one this season.

He will be driving the Key Motorsports No. 40 Chevrolet Silverado for Chad Chaffin, who will run the Coca-Cola 600 Nextel Cup race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway (N.C.) Sunday night.

He practiced in the truck several weeks ago at Gateway International outside of St. Louis and was expected to make his debut. But Chaffin, who had a conflict at Talladega, returned in time to drive the truck.
