Town councilors will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, June 26, at the municipal building to set a date for a special election to fill an at-large council vacancy created by the resignation of Carl Pease. Now in his second term as a Hampden councilor, Pease recently purchased a home in Windsor, where he has been serving as town manager since last year. His resignation will be effective June 30.
