NORTHPORT – Tom Witts of Northport scored his third hole-in-one in 51 years of playing golf on the 165-yard ninth hole at Northport Golf Club with an 8-iron. The shot was witnessed by Roberta Witts, Jack Trefethen, and Lori Trefethen.

BROOKS – Ed Nason of Swansville aced the 140-yard fourth hole at Country View Golf Club with a 7-iron. Nason’s second career hole-in-one was witnessed by Russ Bartlett and Justin Norwood.
