The Holden Planning Board approved adding an antenna to an existing cell phone tower on Copeland Hill that will allow Verizon Wireless to provide service in the area. “This is their first inroads to the Bangor market,” Town Manager Larry Varisco said Thursday. The planning board approved the addition at its meeting Wednesday. The cell tower is owned by YCC Inc. and is located on Tower Drive, off Copeland Hill.
