BREWER – The Bangor Singles Club will host the Top Hands Final Reunion 8 p.m.-midnight Friday, July 28, at the Brewer Eagles Club.

Curly O’Brien and the Top Hands played on local television stations for 25 years beginning in 1954.

“The thing to do was to watch the Top Hands to start your day,” said Jean Pearson. “They’ll be playing the songs you remember – come and have a good time!”

Top Hands members Fiddlin’ Tim Farrell, Jackie King, Doc Morrill, Dutch Heiser and Lefty Dean will be joined by George Harnish, Ed Hinkley and Sonny Bickford for the event.

Curly O’Brien, born Philip Boyce in Milo, died in 1990.
