PORTSMOUTH, N.H. – Two brothers from Maine had a brief taste of freedom Thursday, landing back in jail in New Hampshire less than 12 hours after completing a monthlong sentence for drug convictions.

Manley Tuttle, 25, and Kyle Tuttle, 22, both of Ogunquit, Maine, were charged with violating probation after police allegedly found Manley Tuttle with heroin and cocaine and Kyle Tuttle passed out from an overdose.

Police say they got a call Thursday night about someone passed out behind the Chamber of Commerce building in Portsmouth. When they got there, they found Kyle Tuttle unconscious and had to chase down Manley Tuttle, who they say ran away.
