Best Bundt

When you step up to the (cake) plate, don’t strike out. Just Bundt. NordicWare, which manufactures the iconic, funnel-shaped Bundt pan, is holding a Bundts Across America contest. Inspired bakers should submit an original, creative, tasty recipe by Sept. 1. The only catch? No elaborate frostings. But all you Bundt devotees already knew that. The winner will receive a family reunion party for up to 50 people hosted by NordicWare in the winner’s hometown, including an assortment of Bundt cakes for dessert. In addition, the winner’s kitchen will be outfitted with $1,000 worth of NordicWare products of his or her choosing. Each national finalist will receive a $500 gift certificate for NordicWare products. Each state winner will receive a $100 gift certificate for NordicWare products and will be the featured state recipe in the “Bundts Across America” cookbook. To enter, visit www.nordicware.com.
