CORINTH – Beth Dauphinee scored three first-half goals to lead Central to a 6-0 high school field hockey win over the Orono Red Riots Monday.

Christy Gray, Rachel Trafton, and Kaitlyn Stymist each added a goal for 1-0-1 Central. Maddie Dunakin made an assist as Sam Morin stopped both shots.

Kristine Kittridge made 23 saves on 29 shots for 1-1 Orono.

JV: Central 8-0

Hampden 6, Old Town 1

At Hampden, Nellie Wood scored three goals to push Hampden Academy past Old Town.

Alisa Hamilton, Tini Lumino, and Mindy Grover scored for the 2-0 Broncos. Katie Hessert made 10 saves on 11 shots.

Sarah Wilcox scored a first-half goal for the 0-2 Coyotes. Heather Nye stopped 12 of 18 shots.

JV: Hampden 6-1
