MEDWAY – Drivers using the ramps between the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 and state Route 157 should allow extra travel time Sept. 6-9, according to the Maine Department of Transportation.
The DOT will be repaving those ramps and will be closing down the ramps one at a time during the day. An alternate route will be posted for drivers when ramps are closed. The work should have no impact on northbound traffic.
The work is part of a contract providing for improvements to I-95 in Dyer Brook, Island Falls, Sherman and Medway.
