PORTLAND – The Portland Sea Dogs have set a new attendance record at Hadlock Field. In 63 openings, the Sea Dogs averaged 6,358 fans per game, breaking the previous high of 6,290 set last season.
The Sea Dogs sold out Hadlock Field 20 times and drew 400,534 fans during the regular season.
The franchise fell short of breaking the single-season record for fans of 434,694 set in 2004, mostly in part to eight rainouts.
Over the Portland Sea Dogs 13 year history 5,184,940 fans have visited Hadlock Field for a game.
